Important Uniform Survey for Piedmont Agents

To our Piedmont brothers and sisters,

We need your help to make sure every CWA member at Piedmont receives their correct uniform allowance.

As we mentioned in the last Bargaining Update, agents have reported problems receiving their uniform allowances, both before and after the new uniforms were issued. We believe the company has violated Article 10-F of our contract. We have therefore filed a grievance demanding the company conduct an audit to determine damages and make every member whole. However, due to the length of time it takes the company to conduct an audit, we feel it's important for us to gather our own data and not simply rely on the company. 

Please click HERE to complete our short survey and let us know if you did not receive your proper uniform allowance over the last couple of years. Before you complete the survey, you'll need to do the following:

1. Go to with your Piedmont Employee # (not your AA #).
2. Go to Uniforms and then go to Uniform Records. Pull up your records by year.
3. Check your Uniform Records for 2015, 2016, and 2017.
