Bargaining Updates

Early this morning, on September 12, 2018, our CWA Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with Piedmont. Details of the agreement will be made available soon.
We've made significant headway in closing the gap between our union proposal and the company's, but we still have a ways to go to reach a fair agreement.
Contract negotiations with Piedmont are going well. Compensation is coming up in the next round, so Piedmont agent Heather Hudson is joining Sen. Bernie Sanders Monday for a live-streamed town hall about ending poverty wages at American.
The CWA bargaining team met on May 16, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to work on answers to proposals and counter proposals received during our last round of bargaining.
The CWA Bargaining Team met on April 18, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to work on answers to proposals and counter proposals we received during our last round of bargaining. On April 19 and 20, we met with the company’s bargaining team to continue working toward a fair and equitable contract.
The CWA bargaining team met with the Piedmont bargaining team on March 7, 8, and 9, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We saw significant progress and movement on a number of our proposals.
Bargaining committees representing the Union and the Company met on February 14, 15, and 16, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The meeting began with the Company's presentation of a counter proposal to the Union's November 10th proposal on Article 6, Hours of Service.
Your CWA bargaining team met on Nov. 9th, 2016, to review the bargaining surveys and work on bargaining proposals. On Nov. 10th we met with the company’s bargaining team for a meet-and-greet and our first bargaining session.
